Catapult challenge

Today at school we had a Whetu catapult challenge! We had to make are catapults and we could choose to work by our self, with a buddy of in a three but no more! I worked with Jessie and Marley and I think that was a good chose because our catapult work pretty good and we got into the semifinal for the long distance one! To make are catapult we used ice block sticks, a plastic spoon and rubber bands but we had to be careful because we did snap a few! The most challenging part would be not snapping the rubber bands like I wrote before! The best we did was getting into the semifinal because in the high one we were not high at all compered to the other catapults! But overall I think we did pretty good and most important we had lots of fun! I think we did are best! Sadly in the photo Jessie is not there because she was at music but she got to have fun at music!

My note book

 This is my note book! We all got one to plan are day in! If we have a meeting we put it in there and the time! We put in all the tings we will do in the middle block! The first pitcher is of the front cover! The one that says My Notes is the first inside page we got to colour in and the one with highlighter is the things I have done and the things I need to do! I think they are cool!

#3 Emoji's (:

This is my third post about emojis because I thought that one was not enough so I did the bride but then I had lots more cool ideas so this is my third one and also my last! I made one that is square and when I was little my mum would say if I watch to much TV my eyes would go square so I made on that its hole body went square! The black bit is a TV! The one next to it is super angry and has smoke coming out of his ears! His ears are also red! The last one is looking! I had lots of fun!

#2 Blog challenge

I wanted to make another emoji so I made a bride emoji! I think the worst part is the lips because they look really funny! The flower is a bit crazy to but it is hard to make a flower! The most easy part was the eyes because I just had to make them the right colour and then make them small enough to fit inside each other! I had lots of fun making this!

Maths mystery!!!

This is the maths mystery answer me and Tayla got! The hardest question was the true or false one! I get stuck on the true or false one every tie so I was happy to have a buddy! The easiest one was the number sums one! I love the maths mystery's because they are fun and it is not just answering questions like daily five! It was lots of fun!

Predictor

This is my predictor that I made! I swapped a book with another person so I  could do a new book because I had already read the book that I was reading! I made my own template and I wrote about the back of the book, my prediction and about the proof and the clues! I wanted to make my work a Super nova and I think I did good!

Emoji!!!

This is my emoji I made! I made him to look like granddad! The arrow at the end says spinach because he has spinach in his teeth! He also has a sunburn nose in this emoji because the colour is different! I made his teeth look discussing and his hair is actually little prickles!  They are coming tomorrow so I am going to show him! I think I was pretty accurate with my emoji! I had lots of fun and laughs making it!

Week 1 reflection!

Week 1 Reflection

What has been my highlight this week, my highlight has been seeing my friends because I have not seen them for like weeks! I had seen my friends on a computer but not in like real life!

What was I nervous about this week, I was nervous about forgetting something we have to bring to school or forgetting something we are doing at school! I was also nervous about not getting my work done and doing something wrong!

For dress up day I dressed up as, I dressed in white, with some grey and blue! I was going to dress up as a cowgirl but I thought this would look better! I also had some tinsel around my waist! I think it looks pretty cool!

The funniest thing has has happened this week is us dressing up and the teachers dressing up because there was lots of different funny costumes and lots of different ideas!


I think the best dressed person was Scarlet because she had a really cool costume with lots of cool items in her hair and every were!

Milk bottle bird house/ feeder

This is my milk bottle creation! I made a bird house/ feeder! The first photo is of the hole to get inside, the second photo is of the hole thing and the one next tot hat is of the little bird bath/drinking place! The last photo is of the top part were they can eat some bird feed! I think they will love it! I had lots and lots of fun!

Fabulous finish

 This is my fabulous finish for this term! I did a charter model! I choose peter to do it because I thought he would be really interesting to draw! I like how I did his name because of the outline and then the light colour in the inside! In the inside a did some words and some drawings! In his heat I did a love heart with Dribble in it and I wrote his name there, under that there is the word hospital because Fudge had to go to the hospital, on his right arm there is the word ambulance and there is a arrow leading to the hospital word, on his left arm there is the word nice because Peter is nice and kind, in his wast there is a drawing of a puppy and the word puppy above, under that there is a drawing of airplane because they drew a pitcher of one on there poster and at the bottom on his feet there is the word step on each of them! I think I did a SUPER NOVA and I had lots of fun doing it!
                                                                           

Chapter Challenge

This is my chapter challenge for this week! I recreated the scene when Peter gets his dog, Turtle! Mum was Peters dad, I was Peter, Nacho my bunny was the dog Turtle and Jack was the filmier and he said what Fudge said! It is really funny because when mum said "no Fudge this is Peters dog she forgot Fudges name and was like "no.......... Fudge..." I had lots of fun making this! I think it is a SUPER NOVA!!!

Obstacle course

I made an obstacle course today! There is a plan on a white board but it is very messy! In my obstacle course there are five obstacles and they are: shooting water into a bucket five times, throwing a rugby ball very high in the air and catching it ten times, climbing over the bunnies home, jumping over cricket wickets and crawling under the tram!  We had to do it three times and the person that finished first won! I won against mum! It was lots of fun!
