Chapter Challenge

This is my chapter challenge for this week! I did a drawing of Peter! I drew a frame around it to look like it was in a frame! If you can see in the background there is Fudge stealing dribble! That was before I found out that dribble got eaten! It is a bit strange though because the window in on an angle that make the hole wall look like it is facing the wrong way! I think I did a goo job! It was lots of fun!

Maths

I did some maths today! I did a multiplying by tens task! It was easy sometimes and hard other times! But mum showed me this thing to make it easier! You have 60x4 and then you times the 6 and the 4 and add a zero to the answer you get! The answer is that! It helped me a lot on some questions! 

Chapter challenge 2

This is the picture of Dribble! I drew him sleeping on the three small rocks at the bottom of the fish bowl! I did him three different shades of green! I think he would look really cute! I think I did a super nova Dribble! It was lots of fun drawing him but I wish I had him!

Crystals

These are the crystals I made with dad! Dad helped me with the pan because we had to heat the jam jar up and mix it until all the salt stuff dissolved! I could choose out of lots of different colours but I think orange crystals look quite cool! I think I did good but they are a bit crumbly! I still think they look really cool and I did good!

ANZAC Day lego

 This is my Lego scene that I made! There is a tent with an injured solider but there is also the people at the memorial! It was lots of fun making it! The first photo is off the hole scene, the second one is off the solider in the tent and the third one is off the people at the memorial! I think it looks really cool and that I did a super nova!

ANZAC Day art

This is my ANZAC Day art! I got a tin and peeled the wrapping of it. Then I drew ANZAC things on it! I have a poppy, some crosses and the rising sun! On the big cross I have written Lest We Forget! I have put some dirt inside because I thought we could grow a plant in it after lock down (To get the seed for a shop)! I think it looks really cool and it was really fun to make!

Chapter Challenge

 For my chapter challenge I did research on New York City! I have slides on famous land marks, food you have to eat before you die, the nine eleven attack and on famous singers they have and had! I really enjoyed doing research on new York because there was lots of things to find out! The blue is a link to my slides!

Zentangle hand

This is my hand I zentangled! I watched the you tube video on zentangling! I am thinking of doing more like apples and other things like that! I enjoyed doing zentangling I think I did a pretty god job! The only way to get better is to do more and I enjoy doing things so I thing there will be more!

Equivalent Fractions

Mum showed us this fraction thing that you colour the parts of the circle that you have to to get it right! I did two I did one and I got 12/12 questions right and another were I got 20/20 questions right! You get trophies for doing good! I only got a screen shot of when I got 20/20 right. Mum had to help me with some of the harder ones like the very bottom one and some  of the ones beside it!

Circuit

We did a circuit at home today! There was lots of different activities like sprints, tramp and weights but there were lots more things in the circuit! My favourite activity was the hula hoops because I picked those! You had to hula hoop on your arm though! I was lots of fun doing the circuit!

 

The ogre of Rashomon

A while ago I did the golden bird so I wanted o do the ogre of Rashomon! I like the story but I do like the golden bird better! I do still like this one lots though because I almost fell asleep reading it! My answer for the question was: I think because the night scared away the ogre so they thought it was safe! I agree because if there was a dog that was wild and attacked people that walked past, then if it got taken away then I would feel safe! So it is like that!

This is Larry Lock down (his name is written on the piece of paper) Larry Loves the out doors and that is why his hair is made out of some kind of flower, his eyes are flowers, his nose is a berry thing, his t-shirt is rose petals, his mouth is a leaf and there are pebbles as freckles! Me and mum went out last night after dinner to find some things to use! I think Larry is perfect!

Chapter challenge at home!

I wanted to do chapter challenge so I did the fake text message app task! It said all about the book and how Joe fell down the cliff! I made it x-large so you can read it! There are two screen shoots! One under this one! I love chapter challenge

Ant farm and praying mantis enclosure

On the right there is my ant farm and on the left it is my homemade praying mantis enclosure! Tomorrow me and mum are going to try and find a praying mantis to go in my praying mantis enclosure! My granny brought my ant farm for me and me and mum build it! I have one ant in it because it is very hard to catch ants! In my praying mantis enclosure there is an alive fly for the praying mantis to eat when we catch one! It was lots of fun making these things with mum!
